On this hiking and yoga retreat we stay in a cute little mountain refuge tucked away in a quiet corner of the Tuxer Alps. In the mornings and evenings we enjoy a yoga class led by one of my best and longest friends, Megan Marcelle Yoga, in the huts own yoga shala or on the private sun terrace. The days are filled with easy hikes to the surrounding mountains with a focus on connecting with nature and simply being in the great outdoors.  

This Trans-Alp Trek combines in just a week some of the Alps’ most beautiful mountain ranges. It starts in Germany at Lake Königssee passing its second highest mountain, the Watzmann (2713 m), and continues via the high plateau of the Stone Sea. It continues in Austria in the Großglockner mountain range, Austria’s highest mountain (3798 m) located in Tauern National Park. And the gran finale leads through the Dolomites to finish at its most iconic peaks – Tre Cime (2999 m).

The route, Alta Via Uno, leads through one of the most beautiful stretches of the Dolomites with its dramatic rock formations and beautiful green Alpine meadows. Incredible mountain views, picturesque sunsets, delicious Italian cuisine, and cosy huts are just some of the many highlights along the way.

On this 6-day trek from hut to hut we explore the National Park Hohe Tauern that stretches over Austria’s two highest peaks – Großglockner and Großvenediger. The park is known for its rich and diverse wildlife, which we will explore in its entire abundance throughout the week.

Two days of joyful hiking and relaxing yoga await you on this short get away to the Bavarian Mountains only a short train ride from Munich away.

The Rosengarten is a well-known Alpine massive in the Dolomites and favourite of many hikers. This 5-day trek leads us right through the center of the Rosengarten passing many of my personal highlights, such as lake Karer and the Schlern plateau, before finishing at the lovely Tschafon hut, where we see the famous alpenglow at sunset on the mountain massif of Rosengarten.
