Hut tours invite you to step into a different rhythm, where the steady pace of hiking from hut to hut makes it easy to leave everyday life behind. These are my more demanding trips, where you carry everything you need for several days through mostly high alpine terrain. While they require good physical fitness, preparation, and proper gear, the focus remains on experiencing and truly feeling the mountains, not on ticking off summits or chasing goals, but on being present in the landscape and enjoying the journey itself.

The tour program for next year is currently being finalized. You can view and book all tours here starting Monday, November 3rd.
My hiking and yoga trips are all about reconnecting body and mind through nature. Staying in an Alpine hut in the mountains and moving at a slower pace, we take time to pause, breathe, and truly notice the beauty around us like the mountains, the lakes, the quiet moments in between. Short guided meditations in serene outdoor settings help you listen to the stillness of nature, while gentle yoga sessions indoors focus on calming the mind, relaxing the body, and nurturing a deep sense of balance and presence.
Twice a year, I offer trekking tours in Nepal focused on slow travel through lesser-known parts of the Himalayas. These trips emphasize cultural exchange, connection with local communities, and supporting Nepali hosts. Influenced by Buddhism, the journeys often include visits to monasteries, guided meditations, yoga sessions, and reflections inspired by the Dalai Lama to deepen the spiritual experience of this remarkable mountain region.
All my tours can also be booked privately for groups or companies. Maybe you have your own hiking group that you would like to bring to the Alps, you are celebrating a special occasion, or simply want to spend time away with friends or family. In everyday life, we often forget to prioritise spending time with the people who matter most. On a multi-day mountain trip, far away from routines and distractions, there is space to truly connect again, to share the experience of nature, laugh together, and enjoy moments of calm and togetherness while leaving everything else behind.
