The Potsdamer Hütte is a very child- and family-friendly refuge in the Stubai Alps, the starting point of which is about half an hour's drive from Innsbruck. It stands on a wonderful mountain meadow above the picturesque Fotschertal. The hut is surrounded by worthwhile summit destinations such as Roter Kogel.
