Beautifully nestled above Lake Spitzingsee, just two hours from Munich and directly accessible by public transport, the newly renovated Haus Spitzingsee is the setting for our 4-day Yoga Mountain Retreat. Together, Mie and I invite you to slow down, move mindfully, and connect with nature in the mountains through Mie’s dynamic vinyasa flows, and my calming ground flows and deeply relaxing yin yoga.

This retreat is an invitation to pause and reflect. Everyday life can feel busy and sometimes overwhelming, often leaving little space to turn inward and check in with yourself, to notice what still feels aligned and what no longer does. This time out is for you to step back, to pause and be still, and gently reset. A space to realign with yourself, to restore and recharge, and to refill your energy so you can return with more clarity, steadiness, and ease.
