What to expect

A spectacular hut-to-hut trek through the heart of Hohe Tauern National Park, combining the wild landscapes of the Lasörling and Venediger mountain ranges high above East Tyrol’s Virgental Valley. Expect remote mountain trails, panoramic ridgelines, traditional alpine huts and incredible views of the surrounding 3,000-metre peaks and glaciers. A journey through one of Austria’s most impressive high-alpine landscapes, with each day bringing a new valley, pass and mountain hut.
